Good morning everyone. Happy Easter. It has been a busy weekend here at the Mud Hill. A birthday celebration for this big guy yesterday and Easter today. The kids came with Blue for a surprise overnight visit. We also celebrated on Friday in class. Mrs. Mud surprised us with a cake.
We are going to stray away from Wonders this week. We will be doing some other things to prepare for the SAS test which will take place the week of May 9th. There are no spelling words for this week to be tested on either. We will work with words in class, but no spelling test on Friday. In math, we are still working on fractions and multiplication. In science, we are working with force. We did a fun experiment with push and pull last week. The kids got to make Hoppers and launch pads. On Friday of this week, the PTA will be giving us our ice cream party. We are celebrating our first place win. We also won 100.00 in books. Thank you so much for your generous donations. Have a wonderful Easter with your families today and have a great week ahead. Comments are closed.

I Believe...Let the kids be kids. Every child has a strength. It is up to the teacher to find it or tap it so they can work to their highest potential. I tend to set the bar very high. Lifetime memories should be made in the classroom and at school. NBCS should be a place where kids enter happy and go home with a smile on their face. I want my kids getting up in the morning begging to go to school! Archives
